Access
Take exit 36 ​​(Béziers west) and continue on D64 towards VENDRES / VALRAS
Continue towards Vendres - Valras-Plage; At the entrance to Valras, you will see on your left the “HORIZON-BLEU” residence

or: rue des fleurs, 34350 Valras (or Vendres depending on GPS)
Depending on the period and the distance to be traveled, consider traffic difficulties and plan your departure time, see if it is possible to leave the day before and make the journey in two times for your peace of mind and safety.
Arrival is scheduled between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., but a more precise arrival time slot may be communicated to you one or two days before your arrival.
Parking information: You can park your vehicle in the courtyard of the house.

I will welcome you upon your arrival, please notify me one hour before your arrival on horizon bleu by call or text, then call me when you are in front of the residence so that I can come and pick you up.
Arrival

Arrival instructions: Arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays, arrival is scheduled between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.,
if the house were to be free earlier, you would be notified one or two days in advance for early entry ;-)
On arrival, a check deposit of €700 for the house and €100 for the cleaning deposit will be required for your entry into the premises. (€700 only and in cash for foreign vacationers)
For a late arrival (after 6:00 p.m.), you will be welcomed by a service provider and a supplement of €30 will then be requested.
Departure
Departure time 10:30
Departure instructions: Departure of the rental is at 10:30 a.m. maximum
It is possible on request to leave the rental earlier (from 8:00 a.m.) to avoid traffic jams during long journeys for the exit inventory.
For earlier departures or even at night and only for French customers whose deposit is in check, the keys can then be handed over by leaving the keys in a secure box provided, the code of which will be given to you the day before the departure. The deposit will be returned or the check destroyed with proof of destruction after the inventory in the following days.
For your departure, please let me know your wishes by Friday maximum.
Beach access
Here is the simplest and quickest way to reach Valras beach on foot.

Instructions: Wifi is available in the house, the wifi access code will be given to you on the day of your arrival.

Télévision
You have access to French TNT channels but also to foreign channels via the Astra satellite.
(e.g. English, German and Italian)
The television is equipped with Chromecast to cast your streams like Netflix, prime, mycanal, etc.
The rooms
What is provided:
-Pillows, duvets, blanket
- Baby travel cot (on request and excluding mattress)
What is not provided*:
-Bed sheets and pillow heads
-towels and beach towels
* Sheets rental:
it is possible to rent (on request and in advance) bed sheets and towels

Napkins :
- Beach towel €10 each
- Bath towels (one large and one small) €10 per person

Bed sheets:
- €15 including: a fitted sheet, a duvet cover, one or two pillowcases depending on the bed.
The house will be entrusted to you equipped and clean, upon your departure, it must be returned in a responsible state of cleanliness: cleaning of floors, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, dishes cleaned and put away, dishwasher (if equipped) emptied, fingerprints on the windows or windows cleaned.
The Barbecue
Barbecues are allowed, only charcoal is to be used (no wood or vine branches)
The swimming pools
The residence's swimming pool is available to you free of charge during opening periods indicated at the entrance to the pools.
To access it you must wear the bracelets provided to you in the house.
Please note: only swimsuits are allowed, shorts and burkinis are prohibited in France in swimming pools and water parks
By acceptance of the contract, whether directly with the owner or by automatic acceptance in the case of booking a stay through a rental website, the lessor unconditionally accepts the general conditions and accepts that the owner regains possession of the property. his property on the day of the date mentioned in the contract, and accepts that the owner can use all the means that suit him to regain full possession of his property rented as a seasonal rental and this without restrictions of means.
